Foreigners enjoying monthly social insurance benefits outside of China should provide the social insurance a gency responsible for paying their benefits at least once a year with a certificate of survival issued by a Chinese embassy or consulate abroad, or by the relevant agency in the country of residence Notarized, certified and certified survival certificate by Chinese embassies and consulates abroad.
